About this space
This is a loft type space with multiple sets in one room. The room is devided into four parts and each part has it's own authentic look. Currently we have 4 sets available:
1) Vintage recording studio
2) Jungle Tv Safari
3) Alice in wonderland
4) Biohazard Backyard

Like many areas be careful not to put the sound/music too loud.
Covid-19 Restrictions:
Due to the practice of social distancing we are limiting the space to 10
people or less. We appreciate your cooperation.
Absolutely No Alcohol, No Smoking, No drugs, No Firearms.
The space is open 8am - 9pm, 7 days a week with a minimum of 2 hours.
Your booking includes full use of every section within our walls.
STUDIO LIGHTS, CREW AND EUIPMENT ARE NOT INCLUDED TO THE RENTAL FEE!!!
The studio has a black ceiling and no natural lights. The space includes 2 bathrooms. Additional lighting, video equipment or crew are not included to the rent. You will be able to rent the studio equipment for a separate cost. Check Rentals page to see the list of equipment that is available for rent. One of the managers will be there to explain the space.

General Rules
Hello, thank you for being interested in our studio. Before you enter our space we want you to read the rules:
• Do not use any studio equipment if you have not paid for it.
• Space must be left in same the condition it was in before the booking is completed
• Walls must be left in original condition. Avoid oil marks, stains, and any damage
• Any extensive mess left by the tenant will require an additional cleaning fee on top of the regular cleaning fee listed. The space must be put back in it's original order in order to avoid these fees (confetti, glitter, damaged props and space)
• No Glitter allowed
• Any damage to the space and or props will require a replacement/damage fee (broken props, damage to comforters and bed sheets and etc.)
• Please respect the other tenants and building facilities
• No Smoking, No Drugs, No Alcohol.
• No illegal activities of any kind
• No Firearms
• All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
• Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. Don't drag it on the floor if you need to move it.
• Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
• Please remove all trash from the space after your booking.
If these rules are violated, it may result in the immediate termination of the lease.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
