Studio North at Lumber Studios
About this space
This studio has white walls, a white ceiling, and 3 massive windows that pour in soft natural light throughout the day making this one of the brightest rooms in the entire building. We also have 3 LED panels lights which you can use at no additional cost.
There’s a solid brick wall and we have a floor-standing backdrop stand as well as a mixed assortment of colored and textured backdrops which are available to you for free. There are a few pieces of basic furniture that can be moved around easily, these items include desks, chairs, mirrors, and plants.
The walled-off corner space is designed to be an audio production space but also works as a changing room or office space. We have a podcasting kit available for rental which includes 2 blue microphones, XLR cables, mic stands, and a USB audio interface.

Host rules
Masks are required by everyone, in all public areas of the building. Within our studios, masks are required for anyone not being photographed or filmed.
It is required by our building that someone from the Lumber Studios team be represented in the studio during rentals; a studio manager will be in the space with you during your rental. Their purpose is to help you with any questions or concerns. Our staff is very friendly and will stay out of the way of your production.
No loud music / excessive noise is allowed in either space before 6pm.
No glitter or confetti is allowed in either space; violation may result in a $50 cleaning fee
No smoking is allowed inside or within 15 feet of the building. Violation will result in immediate removal, no refunds will be issued.
No alcohol may be consumed in the studio; alcohol products may be used for visual effects only.
No pets are allowed inside the building.
