Venue Rules & Regulations
- Guests must remain orderly and comply with all laws throughout the event.
- If alcohol is served, no one under 21 may consume or possess alcohol; minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Clients are responsible for protecting all furnishings from damage and may not move or remove furniture.
Prohibited Items & Actions
- No candles
- No fog or haze machines
- No loose flower petals (real or artificial)
- No loose confetti or glitter
- No glass containers on the rooftop terrace
- No smoking or vaping
- No live animals (service animals only)
- No décor may be taped, tacked, or otherwise affixed to walls
General Policies
- Building Owner and Managing Agent may modify or add to these rules at any time; updates are binding upon delivery.
- All vendors, contractors, and service providers must supply a valid Certificate of Insurance.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
