About this space
It is the only warehouse venue close to the city and is a totally unique space to hold your event. We owe the uniqueness of our space to the high ceilings, oversized glass windows and white brick walls that can be transformed into whatever you need it to be.
Warehouse XI has the warehouse space and a lounge area, which works perfectly as a ceremony space for larger weddings, a lounge space for receptions, a breakout room for corporate events and a games room for parties.

Prices
We will charge a $500 cleanup fee if the following breakdown procedures are not followed:
- All Items brought in and used the day of our event must be removed from the premises by 12 am following your event. You are not permitted to leave anything on site after the contracted end time of 12 am.
- WXI Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked against one wall in the main space.
- The space will be delivered clean and at the end of the night, we expect it to be given back in a neat debris free condition. Broom swept is all that is necessary.

Host rules
We allow clients to provide their own beer and wine if they obtain a liquor license from City Hall and hire a TIPS-certified bartender. Unfortunately, this license does not cover liquor. If you want to serve hard alcohol, you are required to hire a licensed bartending or catering service.
