This 4,000 sq ft shared flex space accommodates up to 50 people. It is ideal for meetings, workshops, and reception events. The room includes multiple tables and allows various seating arrangements. There is a separate lounge for breakout groups or breaks.
The space maintains a calm and eco-conscious atmosphere. Use of the projector/screen and/or audio system are available. The layout can suit group discussions, lectures, training, or social events.

* A community coordinator will be on-site to assist and ensure policies are followed
Setup, Breakdown & Cleanup
* All setup and breakdown must occur within your reserved time
* Hosts are responsible for removing all personal items, decorations, leftover food, and serving materials
* Decorations are allowed but must not damage walls or surfaces
* Venue must be left in original condition to allow for professional cleaning and sanitization
* Bring your own to-go supplies if needed
Food & Beverage
* Hosts are fully responsible for serving and monitoring any alcoholic beverages
* All guests should drink responsibly
Recycling
* Recycling bins are provided—please recycle cans and bottles
Children
* The Hub is not childproof
* Hosts must closely supervise young children and ensure guests do the same
Additional Policies
* No smoking inside or outside the venue due to fire risk
* Restrooms operate on a septic system—only flush the provided toilet paper
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
