Certificate of Insurance and security deposit required
Renter may cancel the Event by notifying the Property Manager by providing notice seven (7) days or more
Renter shall be responsible for any damage caused by Renter’s use of the Space
Renter shall leave the Space in the same or similar condition as received
Renter will be responsible for clearing all trash generated at the Event to be hauled off by the Renter and/or vendor
Renter will cover any furniture moving costs and will need to be contracted through the Property Manager
The Property Manager shall have the right to enter the Space at any time for any reasonable purpose
The Space capacity will be limited to 100 people at any one point including Renter, guests, and staff
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
