About this space

Inside, you'll discover a full cocktail bar, ample tables for parties of 30 or 40, and lounge seating, plus a spacious open floor with striking 6-meter ceilings - ideal for receptions, presentations, dancing, or exhibition. The private content room, on the other hand, will accommodate everything from selfie booths to live streaming and getting-ready areas, illuminated by a great measure of natural light to spotlight galleries and creative events.

The venue further includes three separate entrances, high-speed Wi-Fi, a projector, a printer, and several co-working spaces-the perfect setup for either more business-oriented meetings or creative productions. Two restrooms are serviced by an on-site cleaning crew that keeps the place presentable for your guests.

Nearby parking space exists, filling more than 20 vehicles right across the street and a little around the block. We are also in the process of installing a 24/7 surveillance security camera system for the utmost security approach.

1. Booking time includes setup and cleanup — please plan accordingly.
2. Guests must check in and check out with the venue manager or host.
3. Respect the space and return it to its original condition after use.
4. All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original location.
5. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue.

Alcohol & Catering
6. Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and must comply with local laws.
7. Any outside catering or bar services must be arranged in advance.
8. Food and drinks must be kept in designated areas.

Noise & Behavior
9. No loud music after 2:00 AM unless approved for a special event.
10. The renter is responsible for the behavior of all guests and vendors.

Damage & Liability

Cleaning
16. Two restrooms are available and maintained by our on-site cleaning staff during your rental.
17. Large spills or messes must be cleaned up promptly by the renter to avoid damage fees.
