We specialize in making you special occasions memorable! We have packages to fit your needs. We have all-inclusive packages and ala carte', to fit all budgets! We have more than 15yrs experience with excellent references available.
We now have 2 event venues, side by side, to meet your needs and help maintain your budget. KIU I is 6000sq ft and has a banquet seating capacity of 350 guests. KIU II is 3400 sq ft and has a banquet seating capacity of 130 guests.

Up to 75 guests $1500 for 6hrs
Up to 100 guests $2000 for 6hrs
Up to 125 guests $2500 for 6hrs
With decor additional $700.00

Host rules
No smoking in the building.
Hookahs provided by venue
No outside bartenders allowed, bartenders provided by venue.
All monies due 30 days before event.
Deposit non-refundable.
Outside catering is allowed.
No hanging items on walls or ceiling without prior approval of venue owner (no nails, tape, etc., pasted on walls/ceiling for hanging items)
Venue owner must be notified of all outside vendors being utilized prior to your event.
Prep kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, microwave and warming ovens provided by venue. No cooking of any kind allowed inside or outside of venue. No deep fryers, no propane hibachi or grills, no charcoal grills.
