We now have 2 event venues, side by side, to meet your needs and help maintain your budget. KIU I is 6000sq ft and has a banquet seating capacity of 350 guests. KIU II is 3400 sq ft and has a banquet seating capacity of 130 guests.

FAQ

Yes, outside decorators and DIY decorating are welcome. Nails, screws, staples and permanent adhesives on walls, open flames without prior approval, confetti, glitter and loose decorative materials are not allowed; the design team can also provide decorating services.

The venue can accommodate DJ setups, microphones, speaker systems, projectors and screens, photo booths and other entertainment enhancements.
