We now have 2 event venues, side by side, to meet your needs and help maintain your budget. KIU I is 6000sq ft and has a banquet seating capacity of 350 guests. KIU II is 3400 sq ft and has a banquet seating capacity of 130 guests.

Our team of experienced professionals are dedicated to creating a memorable experience for you and your guests by offering a wide range of services including catering, decorating, event planning, DJ services, bar services, photography and more.
With two venues to choose from, accommodating capacity of 125 and 350 guests respectively, we offer the perfect setting for parties, weddings, and other events. We welcome outside food, vendors, and event planners, and offer competitive prices and packages.
The quote for our events range from $1000 for up to 50 guests, $1500 for up to 75 guests, $2000 for up to 100 guests, $2500 for up to 125 guests, $3000 for 150 guests and up.
A non-refundable 25% retainer is required to hold the date. Payments can be made up to 30 days before the event, at this time all monies are due in full. The quoted rental fee includes:
Venue rental for 6 hrs
Tables and clear Chiavari chairs
Black tablecloths
Buffet tables
Cocktail tables
Gift table
Dessert table
2 white curtain backdrops
