About this space
The studio is a flexible production space with high ceilings, open floor area, and a separate glam room for prep. It works well for fashion shoots, editorial work, commercials, interviews, podcasts, music videos, and similar bookings where you need room to shoot and a setup that already includes the main gear.

Your rental time should include set up and breakdown for you and your guests.
There is NO smoking in or outside the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
No paint, glitter, confetti, body oils, or liquid used without prior approval.
Please be on time, and mindful of your rental end time.
If furniture must be moved, please inform staff.
Please keep music at a reasonable level. Your guests are your responsibility! Loud or overly noisy guests will not be tolerated.
Please take very good care of our space. Any damage to floor, walls, furniture, equipment, backgrounds, etc., will be billed to the credit card on file.
Please, clean the studio after your use and place furniture in its original location. If the studio requires major cleaning after your session, you will be notified and be charged a cleaning fee of up to $200 (determined by the capacity and depth of the cleaning) for excessively dirty studio or large groups or production crews.
Please note that same-day or next day rentals may be difficult to accommodate. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
