Host rules
(1.) Client and its invitees understand that the hours of operation for the Executive Conference Center are 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday. Access to, and use of, the facility is restricted to these hours of operation unless otherwise indicated on the attached Booking Confirmation. Meetings and events scheduled outside of these hours of operation requires prior written notification from the Client and is subject to AMA’s approval. Client understands and agrees that overtime charges of $250 per hour may be applied for each hour scheduled and/or used outside of center's hours of operation.
(2.) Client and its invitees shall conduct themselves in a businesslike manner; proper attire (business casual) must always be worn, and the noise level will be kept to a level so as not to interfere with or annoy other Clients or students.
(3.) Client shall not prop open any corridor doors, exit doors or doors connecting corridors during or after business hours.
(4.) The Client may only use public areas with the consent of Host and those areas must always be kept neat and attractive.
(5.) The Client shall not obstruct corridors, halls, elevators and stairways or use them for any purpose other than normal egress and ingress.
(6.) The Client shall not, without Host's written consent store or operate any computer (except a desktop/laptop computer) or any other large business machines, reproduction equipment, postage machine, heating equipment, radios, stereo equipment or other mechanical amplification equipment, refrigerator or coffee equipment in the Facilities or store or use in the Facilities any hazardous material, as this item is defined in applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. No offensive gases, odors or liquids shall be permitted.
(7.) Client shall bring no animals into the facilities except for those assisting disabled individuals.
(8.) Client shall not remove furniture, fixtures or decorative material from meeting rooms or common areas

The AMA Washington Area Executive Conference Center at National Landing is located minutes from Downtown Washington DC and Reagan National Airport, in Arlington, VA (Crystal City). Our space is designed to meet all your needs and expectations.
We provide the tables and chairs, along with complimentary audio/visual equipment (including projector, screen, and flip chart easels with pads and markers); and we will work with you on creating your desired room layout.
