About Taiga Dining
Taiga is a 13-seater fine dining sushi-ya located in Conrad Singapore Orchard. A departure from conventional design, the restaurant features stylish dark wooden furniture, accentuated by the architectural and lighting design in which it sits.
The interior of the restaurant has a dark and contemporary arrangement, set amidst an abstract mountains cape from Kōchi, where Chef Taiga hails from. Finishes within the space have been carefully selected to engage the senses reminiscent of the Japanese landscape – from the fragrance of Hinoki, the textures of split-face granite, to the subtle shimmer of the metallic weaving.
