* No outside food is allowed on the premises.
* Please inform us of any food allergies. While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
* All items are prepared in a facility that handles nuts and other allergens; those with severe allergies should assess their risk.
* Product availability may vary.
* Orders must be placed at least 5 calendar days in advance, not including the day of inquiry.
* Food is best consumed within 3 hours on site.
* Prices are subject to GST and service charge.
* Full payment is required before order confirmation; accepted methods include credit card and PayNow.
* Cancellations or refunds are not allowed. Events can be postponed by up to 2 weeks with at least 3 working days’ notice or exchanged for a PAUL cash voucher at the next lower amount.
* Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or vouchers unless stated.
* PAUL Singapore reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

About PAUL Suntec
PAUL at Suntec City is our first restaurant in Singapore. It offers alfresco dining in a garden-adjacent escape. The indoor counter showcases our signature artisanal bakes. The outdoor dining area extends into a leafy plaza.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the alfresco section for events. There are optional celebration setups and kids' entertainment. Rainforest Alliance coffee, vegetarian-friendly options, and natural ingredients reflect our commitment to sustainability. Paid parking is available on-site, with MRT access just steps away.
