To ensure a smooth experience, please take note of the following:

Booking & Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Setup/teardown time must be included in your booking duration. Extensions are subject to availability and fees.

Capacity: Max 45 pax (Theatre), 35 pax (Meeting), 24 pax (Cluster).

Facilities: Includes 75” LED TV, karaoke system, Wi-Fi. External AV must be approved in advance.

Catering: In-house and external catering allowed with prior notice. Use of pantry is for light prep only.

Music & Noise: Karaoke/music allowed after 6 PM. Please keep noise to a respectful level.

Decorations: Freestanding decor allowed. No nails, drilling, or wall-damaging adhesives. All decor must be removed post-event.

Cleaning: Please clean up after use. Extra cleaning fees apply for excessive mess or damage.

Alcohol & Smoking: Alcohol allowed with prior approval. Strictly no smoking indoors.

Conduct: Host is responsible for guest behavior and any damage caused.

Security & Safety: Keep emergency exits clear. Vita Venue is not liable for lost items.

Cancellation: Free up to 7 days prior. 50% charge within 7 days. No refunds within 48 hours or no-shows.

Check-in/Out: Be punctual. Early access or late exit may incur charges.

Prohibited: No illegal activities, gambling, flammables, or open flames.

Photos/Videos: Allowed for personal/business use. Commercial shoots require prior approval.
