Located centrally in the Lavender district on the ground floor of a historic building, The Loft @ The Upper Room Restaurant & cafe is a versatile event space suitable for private and corporate events for networking and conference meetings. With an indoor area boasting high ceilings and a configurable space situated at the mezzanine area of the restaurant, the Loft is directly accessible from the main entrance of the restaurant from a stair case and overlooks King George's Avenue and the indoor bar and stage area, making it a cosy semi-private area.

2) To book the loft on Sat thru Thurs nights (except for Mondays), the rental rate is $400/2H block rate from 5pm-11pm for the exclusive use. However, if you spend $800+ on food and beverages, and the rental is waived. Please note that all prices are subject to a 10% service charge and no GST.
3) To book the loft on weekends in the day, the rental rate is $300/2H block rate from 10am-5pm for the exclusive use. However, if you spend $600+ on food and beverages, and the rental is waived. Please note that all prices are subject to a 10% service charge and no GST.
4) To book the loft on Friday nights, the rental rate is $500/2H block rate from 5pm-11pm for the exclusive use. However, if you spend $1,000+ on food and beverages, and the rental is waived. Please note that all prices are subject to a 10% service charge and no GST.
