We can provide extra tables, chairs, a basic photography backdrop, and lights if needed—at no extra cost.

The studio is pet-friendly, so you can bring your pet for a photo shoot or even host a pet party.

The space is about 450 sqft, with electricity, air-conditioning, and enough room for 1 to 18 people. It’s in a convenient location with plenty of parking.

* No illegal activities as per Singapore law
* No smoking in the premises
* Please keep your voices down after 10pm
* No amplified music
* Users may bring food/drinks. All rubbish, remnants of food/drinks brought into the space, must be disposed by users. Furniture/flooring with food/drink stains need to be cleaned by user.
* Please handle all furniture provided with care, and return in original condition after use. Failure to do so will incur additional charges on user.
* Booked timing includes user's setting up, packing up, cleaning. Extension of booked timing will be charged accordingly and subject to availability.
* Host will not be responsible for any issues arise at the event.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
