About this space

Our blank canvas studio event space at Brick and Co Studio is a versatile area that can host any event. Exclusive hire of the space includes access to a 1630sqm area that consists of the main hall, a boudoir, and an open-span space with brick walls. The entire area can fit up to 100 guests.

Common events hosted are weddings, 1st birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, and corporate events.

• You acknowledge receiving the studio/equipment from us in good, clean, and perfectly working condition unless specified in the equipment/studio details. We will not guarantee, assume responsibility, or make any claims of the performance of the equipment once it is passed on to the hirer.

• The studio/equipment should be used with care and respect. The hirer should not in any way repair or materially alter the physical makeup of the equipment/studio.

• No pets allowed in the studio.
• No smoking allowed in the studio.
• No removing of our fixtures such as curtains, cupboards, shelving, etc.
• Please restore our studio to its original condition when your booking ends.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

- Host (Matthew) was very accommodating to our needs and very responsive. - Host was very flexible with the layout plan and allowed us to come in the day before to setup for our event. - Plenty of room in the back to put our belongings. - The space looks exactly like the photos, very spacious, clean and bright. - Guests loved the industrial look so much.
- Location is a bit hard to find, can be confusing for guests.

The venue is lovely and cozy, with a great location as well.
The venue feels quite stuffy — the air conditioning doesn’t seem to be working well, even at the lowest temperature with the doors shut. With that rate per hour, I expect better air conditioning.
