About this space
Our blank canvas studio event space at Brick and Co Studio is a versatile area that can host any event. Exclusive hire of the space includes access to a 1630sqm area that consists of the main hall, a boudoir, and an open-span space with brick walls. The entire area can fit up to 100 guests.
Common events hosted are weddings, 1st birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, and corporate events.

• We have 80 gold Tiffany chairs in-house that are available for rental at $7/pc which may be utilised by the customer but customer is required to setup by themselves. (able to offer this as a complimentary add-on for promotion of the venue)
• Table rental – To procure 10 x foldable tables and have a default setup with this for the venue space rental.
• Tablecloth rental: $10/pc
• Venue Coordinator: $200/ session (4 hour booking) – available as an add-on.

• You acknowledge receiving the studio/equipment from us in good, clean, and perfectly working condition unless specified in the equipment/studio details. We will not guarantee, assume responsibility, or make any claims of the performance of the equipment once it is passed on to the hirer.
• The studio/equipment should be used with care and respect. The hirer should not in any way repair or materially alter the physical makeup of the equipment/studio.
• No pets allowed in the studio.
• No smoking allowed in the studio.
• No removing of our fixtures such as curtains, cupboards, shelving, etc.
• Please restore our studio to its original condition when your booking ends.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
