Host rules

1. All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
2. A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
3. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event.
4. Rescheduling: Allowed once if requested at least 5 days in advance (subject to availability).
5. Maximum guest capacity depends on event type and setup.
6. Guests must keep the venue clean and are responsible for any damages.
7. Outside catering is allowed, but prior approval is required.
8. Alcohol is permitted for private events with responsible consumption.
9. Loud music is allowed only until 10:30 PM.
10. Venue access is granted 30 minutes before the event for setup.
11. Extra setup time can be arranged at an additional cost.
12. Guests must remove personal items and dispose of waste properly.
13. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
14. Additional decorations, facilitators, or themed setups can be arranged at an extra cost.
