Entire House at Cafe-esque Minimalist Landed House
About this space
Coming into the entrance of the house, we designated a foyer at the front to welcome guests into a visually different part of the house and the first thing that you would see would be the arch glass panel at the foyer which looks towards the front porch of the house.
Thereafter as you come into the living room, you'll notice the 2.9m high ceilings as well as curved ceiling beams. The tv feature wall is kept to the same minimalist colour theme, a mix of textured cream, light wood and splash of muted champagne touches that you will see here as well as throughout the house if you have a keen eye.
We have a dining area with a travertine stone table in honed finish and "pringles-like" pendant likes that fits in with the cream theme of the home. This flows seamlessly into the dry and wet kitchen areas. The dry kitchen is demarcated by the ventilation block feature wall, and the wet kitchen can be enclosed by a fluted panel foldable glass door as well. Towards the back of the wet kitchen, our backyard is based on a japanese zen garden theme with pebbles and wooden water feature, as well as a wood decking with a seating area as well.
If required, we have a common toilet on the first floor for use, as well as a spare room for storage or makeup/changing requirements. Towards the 2nd floor, we have 3 bedrooms, 1 common bathroom and 1 master bathroom as well. Depending on the nature of the shoot and the type of product, the master bedroom and bathroom would be suitable as well.

We would love for you to have a taste of our warm and cozy home. Our house's design is premised around being clean, warm, and cozy, and the first items that will grab your attention would be our arch glass panel (cafe-like), ventilation blocks centerpiece, curves, and Japanese zen garden!
The design theme revolves around 4 key aspects. 1) Stone materials, 2) cream/nude tones, 3) light wood materials, and 4) everything is centered around the flow of the house. This can be seen in our glass panels and ventilation blocks that provide segregation between living spaces but allows for plenty of light and air to flow through.
Take a look and we're sure you'll love it as much as we do too! The place has a neutral palette thus being versatile and can be suitable for a variety of purposes!
