• No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the venue.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless prior approval has been obtained.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the venue, furniture, equipment, or fixtures, and repair or replacement costs may apply.
• Please respect the booked event duration. Additional charges may apply for overtime.
• Decorations are welcome but must not damage walls, ceilings, furniture, or fixtures. Confetti, glitter, and open flames are not allowed.
• The venue must be kept reasonably clean, and all personal belongings should be removed at the end of the event.
• Illegal activities, disruptive behaviour, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
• Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and must comply with Singapore regulations.
• Hapi Cafe reserves the right to refuse service or end an event if venue rules are not followed.
