Celebrate freely in your own fully private event space designed for all ages — from kids to seniors. Comfortably hosting up to 80 pax, our venue offers a flexible layout with both round and long tables, perfect for reunion dinners, parties, workshops and celebrations.
Enjoy FREE unlimited entertainment including a bouncy castle, KTV karaoke, retro arcade machines, pool table, air hockey, mahjong table and board games — keeping everyone happily entertained all day.
We are elderly and kids friendly, with direct lift access from the carpark — no stairs needed. Parking is within the building, and a private toilet is on the same level for maximum convenience. A nursing room is also available for families with young children.
Capture beautiful moments at our dedicated feature wall, and enjoy your gathering without rush, crowd or interruptions — you get the entire venue exclusively to yourselves.

Our dedicated Gaming Zone brings non-stop fun to your event while keeping your main hall neat and versatile. It features classic retro arcade machines, a 4-in-1 convertible game table (pool, air hockey, table tennis and work desk) and an exciting claw catching machine — perfect for guests of all ages.
By separating the games from the main area, your event space remains highly flexible and professional-ready. The main hall can be easily transformed into a formal meeting room, conference setup, workshop venue or classroom layout, while the Gaming Zone continues to keep guests entertained.
It’s the perfect balance of business-ready by day and party-ready by night — all under one roof.

🏠 House Rules & Booking Policy
To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, please observe the following rules:
🚭 No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the entire premises, including toilets and common areas.
Any smoking detected will result in deodorising and deep-cleaning charges deducted from the security deposit.
💰 Security Deposit
An $500 refundable security deposit is required prior to the event.
The deposit will be refunded within 3 days after the event if no damages, losses or excessive cleaning are required.
🧹 Cleaning Fee
A $100 cleaning fee is compulsory for every booking, regardless of event type.
This covers basic post-event cleaning of the venue.
🍽 Outside Catering
Outside catering is allowed.
Guests are free to use all tables and chairs provided by the venue.
🍺 Alcohol Policy
The venue does not supply alcohol.
Guests may bring their own alcohol for personal consumption.
Please note:
The venue will not be responsible for any injuries, accidents or incidents caused by intoxication within the premises.
Any damages, excessive mess, vomit stains, broken items or soiling caused by intoxicated guests will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.
🔊 Noise Control
As the venue is located in a residential area, loud music and excessive noise are strictly not allowed after 10:00 PM.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the event without refund.
🛑 Damage & Loss
Guests are fully responsible for any damages, breakages, missing items, stains or excessive cleaning required.
Repair, replacement and deep-cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
👶 Child Supervision
Children must be supervised by adults at all times when using play facilities and equipment.
⏰ Respect Booking Time
Please adhere strictly to your booked start and end time.
Overstaying may result in additional charges.
