About this space
The area for hire consists of a cafe/restaurant/bar space with booths and tables with a built-in bar. Perfect for private hire food, parties, or full wedding dry hire.
Prices
- Full and exclusive hire of New Street Market from midday to 11 pm (I’m afraid there isn’t an option for reduced rates for weddings later in the day, as we still have to close the venue for the full day).
- Venue and bar staffing
- A staff coordinator in the run-up to the event
- A glass of Prosecco for all guests on arrival
- PA system
- 3x parking spaces from noon to 11 pm
- In-house catering (per head costs to be discussed as per menu)

Option 1: (Set Price Per Guest)
Our curated drinks package includes:
Welcome drink – Upgrade to Champagne, Pimm’s, elderflower fizz, or a seasonal cocktail
Wine with the meal – Half a bottle of house wine per guest (red, white, or rosé)
Toast drink – A glass of Champagne or English sparkling wine
Still & sparkling water at tables
Tea & coffee service post-meal
Price per guest: £24–£35 (depending on wine selection and welcome drink choice)
Option 2: Bring Your Own (Corkage Fee Applies)
If you’d like to supply your own drinks, we are happy to serve them with a corkage fee:
Wine – £10 per bottle
Champagne/Sparkling Wine/Prosecco – £15 per bottle
Spirits – £20 per bottle
Beer & Cider – £10 per case of 12

About New Street Market
A 3,000-square-foot former stable block has now been transformed into a café and events venue, bar, gallery, and homeware shop. The place provides an excellent setting for film, photography, and various event productions. The generous layout comprises the lively café seating area, two completely blank studio/event spaces, and a commercial kitchen and café bar area ready and available for brand activations, TV shoots, editorial content, and product launches.
Production teams will find a green room, generous storage areas, three dedicated on‑site parking spaces, and a loading ramp for smooth kit delivery and set load‑in/out. The adaptable layout and practical logistics make it a trusted location for versatile shoots and creative events.
