About this space

The Ringside Suite (also known as our EBC Technology Suite), is situated on the ground floor. A 672 metre squared, pillar free, carpeted suite which together with the adjoining concourse creates 1400 metres squared of exhibition space with vehicle access.

The suite has a capacity of 600 delegates and can be set up however best for your event. The suite contains a licensed bar with kitchen facilities located adjacent to the room. An additional bar and fast food outlet in the concourse ensures the suite is well serviced.

Similarly, we have hosted game fairs, auctions and indoor markets as the wide open area and vehicle access makes it a favourite with stall holders and organisers.

EBC Technology Suite is ideal for: awards ceremonies and charity events, banquets and parties, product launches and road shows, exhibitions, conferences, weddings & pre-wedding parties, and gala dinners.

This dynamic space can be transformed using décor, music and light shows perfect for making an impact for a product launch, ceremony evening or showcase event.

There are plenty of electrical points including three phase sockets and large viewing screens which may be used for streaming live content or presentations and video.
