The support from staff on the floor
The way reception staff treated our requests for teas & coffee. There was a free of charge coffeee station just around the corner from our room and they never informed us about it so we can ended up paying for that. Also, the TV in our room couldn't be switched on due to some issues with the remotes in place. We needed this for our presentation
