When you hire Old Rectory House exclusively we will close the gates to any other visitors, allowing you to share your special event with the people who mean the most to you. We work with a selection of great local catering suppliers or talk about dry hire options and cater yourself!

Host rules

Minimum numbers are required, depending on the function room hired.

No refund or allowance shall be made by Old Rectory House & The Orangery if fewer persons attend the event. No reductions will be permitted should attendees fail to show up for the function.

Old Rectory House and The Orangery reserve the right to amend any aspect of your booking if there is a change in circumstances outside of the Venue’s control, including any incident of force majeure.

Old Rectory House is a Grade II listed manor house based in Ipsley, Redditch.

We can offer our settings for businesses to host meetings, training and events with flexible layouts for 2 - 150 delegates.
We offer full, half and overnight packages with refreshments and lunch options to suit.

Our Elizabethan & Georgian house radiates charm & peace, providing the perfect setting for all occasions including weddings, christenings, birthday parties and funeral receptions, and ideal for conferences, business meetings, seminars, training sessions as well as team building events.
