The three-storey main house has several reception areas, a kitchen and dining room, additional kitchen, sitting room with an open fire, snug with a library and wood-burning stove, utility room, and games room with a pool table. The separate annexe has three bedrooms and its own living area, kitchenette, dining space, and wood-burning stove.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, 13 TVs or Smart TVs, two dishwashers, a wine chiller, laundry facilities, travel cots, and highchairs.
Outside, there’s an enclosed garden with two hot tubs, a tennis court, barbecue, terrace, tree house, rope swing, bike storage, and outdoor furniture. Off-road parking is available for up to 10 cars.

• No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• The hirer is responsible for ensuring all guests behave respectfully and use the property, furniture, fittings, hot tubs, gardens and outdoor areas with care.
• Any damage, breakages, missing items or excessive cleaning required after the event may result in an additional charge.
• Guest numbers must not exceed the agreed capacity without prior written approval.
• No unauthorised parties, ticketed events, amplified outdoor music, fireworks, confetti, candles or open flames without prior written approval.
• Alcohol may be consumed responsibly by guests aged 18 and over, but the hirer remains responsible for guest behaviour at all times.
• Music and noise must be kept to a reasonable level, particularly in the evening, and guests must respect neighbouring properties and the rural setting.
• The hot tubs, outdoor areas and any leisure facilities must be used safely and in accordance with any instructions provided.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Pets are only allowed where agreed in advance.
• External suppliers, caterers, entertainers or activity providers must be agreed in advance.
• The property must be left secure, with doors and windows closed and any departure instructions followed.
