The Swan is a quaint and snug 17th Century Thatched Inn situated in the picturesque village of Braybrooke, a few hundred feet from our stunning church. We combine quintessential village charm with quirky and distinctive features. We are experienced in creating events that are truly special to match your chosen budget. In any situation, we will work with you to create the dream vision. Venue hire costs for exclusivity vary dependant on the day of the week and total catering costs.
The Swan can seat up to 80 guests in an informal setting throughout the inn. Alternatively, we can accommodate a marquee in the courtyard that would seat up to 100 for a formal sit-down meal. Our garden room can be an intimate space for up to 40 guests to enjoy a smaller occasion and it can also be adjacent to a marquee creating a wonderful dance floor. The garden itself is a spacious courtyard with quirky finishes, that holds ample seating and shelter too.

However, we do not restrict ourselves to The Swan itself, in fact we can offer much more... we pride ourselves on taking our vision and using it to create outstanding events, whether it be in the grounds of The Swan, providing a marquee seating up to 100 people, or bringing our events team to you - where we can provide a full catering service, outside bar, marquee, entertainment and everything you’ll need to create a memorable and unique event.
