At Noir, we serve luxury afternoon teas, breakfast or lunch, as well as alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks. That is, we can serve everything! Our space combines the best of tea tradition with a bar atmosphere.

We have indoor and outdoor areas, however, only the inside allows parties-with respect to the neighbors. The dining area won't disappoint, as we provide a stage and live music is allowed! Meanwhile outside is restricted, you can party like there is no tomorrow in our bar area!
