Meeting Room One features two large, beautiful windows offering views of the hustle and bustle of Manchester, with glass walls and modern, comfortable lighting for both practicality and ambience. Seating is arranged in a boardroom style, providing stylish, modern, comfortable, and ergonomic seating for up to seven people.

A climate customization system is equipped with a wall-mounted panel for effortless temperature adjustment, ensuring that your meetings are conducted in the perfect environment. A high-resolution 65-inch TV is available for presentations.

Conferencing equipment includes the Poly G7500 conferencing system with a user-friendly interface. Strategically placed Poly microphones optimize audio pickup, and an HD camera integrated into the sound bar facilitates video conferencing. Lenovo Play touch panels centralize the control of AV equipment and remotes for easy operation. The system ensures compatibility with popular video conferencing platforms, including Teams, Zoom, Google Meets, Bluejeans, Goto, and 8X8, offering seamless meeting screen sharing, chat, and full-room recording capabilities.

All rooms are equipped with ample power outlets and charging ports for electronic devices, along with high-speed, reliable internet connectivity for video conferencing.

Accessibility is facilitated by a lift for people with disabilities. However, please note that an accessible toilet has not yet been installed in the grade 2 listed building, so consider this when making your booking.
