The Marriott V&A craft expertly made cocktails, serves refreshing locally crafted beers and spirits alongside a wide selection of wines. With all dining options catered for, using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, dishes are created that celebrate local flavours as well as sustainability, with a selection of vegan and gluten-free options available.
