The Lecture Room is a purpose built meeting space and comes equipped with LCD projector, PA system and lectern.
The capacity of the room is 100 theatre style, 50 cabaret (five round tables a 10), 30 boardroom style.

Evening hire is generally from 6pm with access to set up from 5pm once the gallery closes
Hire is available until 1am
We are located approx one mile from Piccadilly train station and the nearest tram stop is just across the road at St Peters Square.
We don't have on site parking but we do have a 20% discount at a local NCP
We can help make recommendations for suppliers, from hotels to entertainment, equipment to event planners.

Nice location, flexible staff, even when we over ran a bit time wise at end. THANK YOU. I'd definitely recommend and will use the venue again.
Slight confusion over coffees, but all sorted, helpful server.
Good food and service
there was no air conditioning and the presentation was badly affected by loud fans.
Victoria was super attentive The venue space was lovely Other staff on the day very helpful All tech worked well
Catering brought out lunch and forgot Crisps/Popcorn. Took quite a while for this to come out when chased. Not a huge issue at all but for the first half hour of lunch the attendees just had the sandwiches.
Very prompt reply and I was particularly impressed the upfront sharing of documents with the additional information (Room and catering) to help in the decision making.
