Room features: The venue provides a PA system and speakers, photographic backdrops and wall mirrors, on-site Wi‑Fi and accessible toilet facilities to support production activity.

Host rules
Respect the space – Please handle mats, furniture and equipment with care and return items to their original places.
Clean up – Leave the space as you found it. Binbagss are provided for rubbish, please take it down to the bin store upon exit.
Kitchen & refreshments – Tea, coffee and fresh water are available. Please tidy the kitchen after use.
Noise & safety – Please keep noise considerate of neighbours and other users of the building. No smoking or vaping indoors.
Timing – Your booking time includes set-up and pack-down. A 15-minute grace period is provided at the end of your booking. Additional time after this is charged at £25 per hour, subject to availability.
Capacity – Please be honest about your expected number of attendees when booking. The space accommodates up to 18 people seated or 35 standing, depending on layout. If your numbers change significantly, please let us know in advance.
Events & celebrations – Parties, celebrations and bookings involving alcohol must be agreed in advance and may require a higher security deposit.
Pets & children – Pets are not permitted. Children must be supervised at all times.
Personal belongings – Personal belongings are left at the owner's risk. With Tyla cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
Looking after the space – Normal cleaning is included, but excessive cleaning or damage may result in a deduction from the refundable security deposit.
Security deposit – A refundable security deposit of £100 for standard bookings or £200 for higher-risk bookings is required separately before access details are provided.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
