Host rules

Ambra, Blanco and Cromo meeting rooms can be booked between 8am - 5:30pm. Meetings booked outside of our standard working hours will be subject to a surcharge of 50% in addition to the hourly rate. Meetings can be booked in advance (subject to availability) with the exception of bookings outside of normal operating hours, which require a minimum 48 hours notice. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may be subject to the full charge. Further T&Cs apply - contact the venue directly for more information.
