•No overnight stays permitted
•Amplified sound must be kept at a respectful level
•All bookings must end at the agreed time
•Children must be supervised at all times
•Only approved spaces are to be used (no access to locked areas)
•Decorations must be freestanding – no nails, screws, or adhesives on walls
•All rubbish must be bagged and removed at the end of the booking
•Do not block fire exits or passageways
•Respect the surrounding neighbours and leave quietly
