The Montreal Estate – Event Space Rules
To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following rules when using our event space:

1. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies.

Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided—please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.

2. No Open Flames
Candles, fire pits, or any open flames are not permitted indoors or outdoors without prior written permission.

3. Noise Levels
Please be respectful of noise levels, especially in the evening.

Amplified music or PA systems must be approved in advance and comply with local noise regulations.

4. Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol may be served with prior agreement. Licensing requirements must be met if alcohol is being sold.

The estate reserves the right to stop alcohol service if behaviour becomes disruptive or unsafe.

5. Catering & Kitchen Use
The professional kitchen may only be used by approved caterers or with prior permission.

All kitchen areas must be left clean and tidy after use.

6. Waste & Cleaning
Please remove all waste at the end of your event or use our on-site bins as instructed.

Leave the space in the condition it was found; additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary.

7. Parking
Free parking is available on site. Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

8. Respect the Space
Do not affix decorations, signs, or materials to walls, ceilings, or fixtures without prior approval.

Any damage caused during your event may incur repair charges.

9. Supervision & Security
Children must be supervised at all times.

The estate is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.

10. Booking & Access
Only pre-booked spaces are to be used.

Access is permitted only during the agreed hire period unless otherwise arranged.
