Booking terms
A booking will not be considered to be confirmed until payment has been made and received by Steps Studios UK Ltd. Hire charges will be based on Steps Studios UK Ltd’s published standard tariff which is subject to change. Agreed hire charges will be as specified on the booking page.
Any changes to facilities used by the client subsequent to the signing of this agreement may result in additional charges. Any such changes will be confirmed in writing to the client.
This agreement is solely for the client (company/person) named on the form and is not transferable.
All clients are liable for cancellation charges as follows:
Cancellation policy: No refunds are provided for bookings. However, clients may reschedule to a future date with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
‘Steps Studios UK in collaboration with Solange Urdang’ reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues) without notice if the facilities booked are rendered unfit or unavailable for use. In such an event the client shall be entitled to a refund of the cost of the hire of the facilities only.
‘Steps Studio UK in collaboration with Solange Urdang’ gives no guarantee, warranty or representation that Solange Urdang Studios Ltd (“the building”) or the facilities are fit or suitable for the client’s purposes.

Liability
Solange Urdang Studios Ltd accepts no liability whether under contract law, tort or statutory provision for loss or damage to the client or any user connected directly or indirectly to the client other than that which may have been caused as a direct result of any negligence or fraudulent act or omission by Solange Urdang Studios Ltd.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
