Theme’s studio is designed to let artists do what they do best: create.
Boasting an impressive range of modern and vintage gear, crystal-clear speakers, and professional acoustic treatment, our studio space is perfect for any scale project.
Step outside the studio space and you’re face to face with a spacious, contemporary lounge area for you and your team to relax.
Our lounge space is the epitome of vintage charm: equipped with a vinyl bar section, state-of-the-art the art Technics, and vintage Tannoy speakers. For lovers of classic gear, we also have a tape machine and a CD player.
The space is available to rent for a range of events; whether creative, corporate, or private. With a capacity of 80 people, we are best suited to those looking to cater to branding, art, and showcase events, as well as photography shoots.
We'll provide the drinks, leaving you and your guests free to network, mingle, and have a good time.
The lounge is also equipped with the following amenities: a microwave, a mini-fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, and a coffee and tea machine.
Our light and airy office space is ideal for casual working. Extending to a rooftop, and with super fast WiFi, the space is available to hire for any number of days in the working week. It is best suited for companies that have hybrid working models and are looking for an inspiring and productive space for their employees.
By booking the office space, you are also free to use the downstairs lounge area as well as its amenities.

**Studio & Lounge Space Rules**
Welcome to our studio and lounge space! To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Respect all members of staff at all times. Disrespectful or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Make sure to stick to your scheduled booking time, as additional charges may apply for overruns. The space has a maximum capacity of [insert number] people, so please do not exceed this limit.
Handle all equipment with care. If you’re unsure how to use something, don’t hesitate to ask our staff for assistance. Any damages caused will be charged to the hirer. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including the lounge area. Food and drink are not permitted in the studio itself to protect the equipment but can be enjoyed in the lounge area.
Please keep the space clean and dispose of any rubbish in the provided bins. Ensure you leave the studio and lounge as you found them. Be considerate of others in the space, avoiding loud or disruptive behavior.
Keep your belongings secure, as the studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In case of an emergency, follow the posted safety instructions or contact a staff member immediately.

We offer a spacious lounge area, that has been used for photoshoots, music videos and podcasts.
