About this space

Inspired by the captivating tales of Prison life, Alcotraz is normally a one-of-a-kind immersive cocktail bar. Despite this, you are welcome to hire the incredibly authentic Prison for your own purpose, meeting our approval. This could be a corporate event, team social event, unique function room, VIP or Birthday or Christmas party and more.

If you are out of ideas, then we would be happy to offer an exclusive hire of Alcotraz for you, where we would carry out our normal customer experience, including:
- Expert mixologist to ensure taste preferences are taken into account and personalised cocktails delivered
- 4 cocktails per guest over over your 1 hour 45 minute period.
- Actors to bring to life the exclusive Prison experience for guests

Inspired by America’s most infamous prison, Alcotraz is an immersive drinking experience of the highest kind. From the orange jumpsuits upon entrance, to the real metallic cells, Alcotraz becomes the perfect backdrop for private parties, away days and incentive trips.

You won’t find a set menu of drinks here…after all, it is prison! Alcotraz creates a range of tailored cocktails every night based on the liquor you bring and your tastes. Just make sure the warden doesn’t catch you. Luckily, our Guards are on your side and have creative ways of hiding contraband.

Capacity is up to 40. Alcotraz has speakers for your own music if you provide the MP3 player/ipod if you were not enjoying our normal experience.

We are happy to accommodate your needs in terms of length of hire, experience for guests and more.

Event offers and packages

Package per person

We are happy to make bespoke packages for anytime of day, but a typical package could include:
- Exclusive access and hire of Moonshine Saloon
- 1 x dedicated mixologist for every 13 guests (3 in total) to ensure taste preferences are taken into account and personalised cocktails delivered
- Up to 4 cocktails per guest over approx a 2 hour period. If you hired for longer then you would get more cocktails. Other drinks can be provided.
- 5 x Actors to bring to life the exclusive Wild West experience for guests
- Security for the event
