-Outside catering is allowed
-No alcohol allowed after 10pm
-Smoking or use of smoke machines are strictly prohibited in
the studios and building and a large fine will incur if breached.
- Loss of keys/fobs will result in fines
-must lock the door after your booking has finished or you will be held accountable for any damages incurred.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
The studio is situated within Hackney Downs Studio, a creative hive of different artists and businesses. The space is great for Photo and Video shoots, with a versatile space that can easily be changed and adjusted to suit your requirements if other than the above uses are needed.
