About this space
Situated in the heart of Broadgate Circle, this eccentric Victorian-style tavern is a haven where Mr Fogg’s accountants, lawyers and bankers would convene after a long day in the office.
Inspired by the globe-trotting spirit of Mr Fogg, The City Tavern will showcase a collection of old Victorian portraits and artifacts from every corner of the world, personally contributed by his fellow members of the Reform Club—a living testament to shared journeys and camaraderie.
The full venue hire can accommodate up to 450 standing guests, and there's an option to reserve the Tavern and Saloon sections for up to 250 or 200 standing guests respectively.
The Saloon can comfortably host up to 60 standing guests for smaller gatherings.

to note our party was on 17th December not 12th December. The team at Mrs Foggs absolutely know how to manage a party in the venue, great organsation had everything under control for start to end cannot praise them enough.

Aye aye! Harbour your boats, anchor your ships and berth your backsides at Mrs Fogg’s Dockside Drinkery. Weary sailors, thirsty patrons, seafaring sirens and stealthy stowaways, come and enjoy our raucous Victorian-style East End Tavern. Wet your whistles on ice-cold beers, punches, wines, ales and more, as well as enjoying draught cocktails and pints outdoors on our large terrace in Broadgate Circle!
