This spacious office space is filled with natural light. The whole office including 2 desks, is available to hire on a daily basis as and when needed £40 per day (office hours).
The Georgian window and high ceiling give it a bright and airy feel to the space. Located on the first floor, this private office is next to the main reception area separated by a glass partition. It is next to the conference board room.
There is a disabled access via lift. The office has 2 main desks and filing cabinets available to hire. It is possible to hire this room on a regular basis for a long term at a discounted price (3 months- 12 months). The approved user can have 24/7 access to the building. There is also a discount to the hire fee for the conference room.

About The Rotunda
The Rotunda is based in a Grade II listed Georgian building that stands magnificently in the green area. This unique and versatile venue, offers a very attractive event space, secret garden and office spaces available to hire.
It's located in Kirkdale, North Liverpool near the Birkenhead tunnel for easy access to the Wirral and the city centre. It offers beautiful views over the green space from the big Georgian windows, filling up each room with daylight.
There is plenty of car park space available outside. All our office users are welcome to enjoy the garden for breaks and meetings.
The whole venue is secured by the gate and cameras. It also has green hedges for the privacy and noise reduction. It's got 24/7 access available to the approved users of the space.
