I was so happy with my experience booking this room - the room is so much nicer in real life, lots of space, well lit and it was easy to connect my laptop to the TV screen. I really appreciated the lovely staff who were so helpful throughout the day. I booked the hot drinks & pastry package, this was amazing value, we were overjoyed with the amount of pastries we received. The room was close to the toilets and accessible too. Really pleased with the overall experience, all the attendees commented on how nice the space was too. Great value.
The only negative thing was we found the room to be too warm, did ask for it to be made cooler which the staff member did do but then had to ask again for it to be set lower as we were still too warm. Not a big deal though, maybe a table size fan could be added.
