The communication with Joanna has been great. Joanna has been responsive to our messaging and helped us out as we needed a booking made at very short notice.
A couple of small points for improvement: As the event was arranged at short notice and we were a new customer, the invoicing timeline was difficult to meet. The invoice was sent at the end of Day 1 but was expected to be paid before the event began, which resulted in guests being questioned about payment. Allowing a little more time for invoice processing would have prevented this situation. Refreshments felt quite expensive, and it would have been helpful to have more flexibility or customisation options to better suit our needs and budget.
