About Margo

Margo is the newest restaurant and venue from esteemed restaurant group, Scoop. Opened in 2024, the restaurant was awarded the coveted Bib Gourmand by the Michelin Guide in just 16 weeks.

Conveniently located in the Merchant City area of Glasgow's city centre, Margo is a new drinking and dining spot, serving snacks, small plates and sharing dishes that highlight curated seasonal produce, sourced from the finest growers and makers. The menu will evolve regularly, while retaining a flavour-led approach with a focus on Scottish seafood, meat butchered in-house, and bread and pasta made from scratch. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week, and is perfect for relaxed midweek meals, more formal gatherings, and family celebrations, and business networking.

Primarily a restaurant venue, Margo's design allows for a mix of party sizes.
