A £250 deposit is required within 7 days of a provisional booking. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not accept cheques or AMEX. Full balances are due 4 weeks before the event, along with confirmed details including menu choices; changes may be accommodated up to 7 days prior.
Currently, our first-level function suites (Antonine, Eyrie, Rotunda) do not have disabled access, and this is made clear at booking. We do not host 18th or 21st birthday parties. High school prom packages are available with separate conditions.
Minimum numbers: Board Room – 15, Rotunda – 25, Lounge – 35, Eyrie Suite – 60, Antonine Suite – 100. Day events run 12:00–17:30; evening events start at 19:00. Early access may be discussed but is confirmed the week of the event.
For catering: finger buffets must cover at least 75% of guests; meals & fork buffets must cover 100%. Seating is provided for an additional 10 guests only. External DJs are not permitted; any DJ must be booked via The Eagle Lodge. Chair covers must be provided by us. Only food and drinks purchased here may be consumed, except for a celebration cake. No corkage.
All external suppliers (decor, etc.) must be approved, provide contact info, and show public liability insurance. All items must be removed post-event; we are not liable for damage or theft. Decorations cannot be attached to walls/ceilings (blue tac on hard surfaces only) and must remain in the booked suite.
We enforce a Challenge 25 policy and may refuse service without valid ID. Zero-tolerance on drugs: suspected use will result in immediate shutdown with authorities notified, no refunds.
Separate T&Cs apply for funerals and weddings.
