- Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is permitted for guests of legal drinking age only. Intoxicated individuals will not be served and may be asked to leave. No outside drinks allowed.
- Drug-Free Environment: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed immediately.
- Smoking Regulations: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly and avoid smoking near entrances/exits.

Cancellations 90 days in advance from event start time will receive a 95% refund.
Cancellations 90 days to 60 days in advance will receive a 80% refund.
Guests may cancel their Booking less than 60 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund of their Booking Price.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
