About The River Mill
The River Mill is part of the old mill buildings by the River Derwent, just outside Derby. It’s a smaller space than The West Mill, with vaulted ceilings, walls and iron beams that show off its history. The hall can hold up to 60 people for a ceremony. It’s an easy place to make feel personal — some use it for weddings, others for parties or work events. The building has been restored but still feels like the original mill, with lots of character.
