Event Space at Carriage Shed
About this space
An open-air events venue in a converted industrial shed, defined by its industrial character and a flexible, linear layout suited to adaptable event setups.
Design: Raw brick walls, high open proportions and a paved floor give the venue an industrial character. A vertical planted wall introduces a strip of greenery against the otherwise utilitarian finishes.
Features: A hard-surfaced, open layout allows flexible staging and clear circulation. A PA system is available and external DJs may be used; own music is permitted subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The space includes air conditioning in enclosed areas, accessible power points and on-site toilets during events.
Ideal for: Promoters and social groups seeking a relaxed, music-forward standing reception or an informal seated gathering that benefits from an adaptable, linear event space.
What sets it apart: A long glass-roofed, arched carriage arcade that forms a sheltered central thoroughfare and frames events beneath original brickwork.
What guests say: The space creates a lively event atmosphere during music and beer-focused programming.
