This self-contained room features a comfortable king bed, minimalist décor, private bathroom, and kitchenette facilities, offering both aesthetic appeal and practical convenience. The soft blue palette creates a serene backdrop that works beautifully for portrait shoots, lifestyle content, brand photography and social-media campaigns.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable session for everyone, please note:
• The space must be left as found (clean, tidy and furniture put back in place)
• No smoking or vaping inside the room
• No large-scale productions without prior approval
• No loud music or disruptive noise
• Maximum room capacity applies for safety & comfort
• Please inform us if you’re bringing props, lighting or equipment
• Overtime charges apply if the booking exceeds the agreed time
• Catering and drinks are available downstairs at Neighbourhood Kitchen

No smoking in the building
Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance.
Outside food and drink is not permitted unless agreed beforehand.
Any decorations must be approved in advance and removed after the event.
Noise levels must be kept respectful of neighbouring businesses and residents.
The organiser is responsible for guest behaviour throughout the event.
Any damage or additional cleaning required will be charged accordingly.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event date.
Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event may be charged 50% of the agreed minimum spend or hire fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be charged 100% of the agreed minimum spend or hire fee.
Reductions in guest numbers after confirmation may still be charged at the original agreed rate.
A security deposit may be required for larger bookings or commercial hires.
Setup and breakdown times must be included within the booked hours unless agreed otherwise.
