"We held our end of year party at The Veg Box Cafe. We're a diverse organisation and need an accessible venue so ensure everyone in the organisation can attend as comfortably as possible. The spacious entrance area meant it wasn't too overwhelming on arrival. The cosy seating and tables arranged at the back so people could chat. The fairy lights and warm lighting made it feel cosy and Christmassy, with non intrusive music. As well as being a great space for our group of appropriately 20 people, the food was delicious. The cafe team made an abundance of salads and dips to start followed by generously filled homemade burgers and chips, and a choice of two desserts. We were well looked after and the team were on hand to accommodate dietary requests and takeaway containers for folk leaving early and to try and avoid the remaining food going to waste."
