No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all buildings.
External Catering – External catering services are welcome.
Alcohol Service – Licensed external alcohol providers are permitted.
Noise Control – All amplified music and loud noise must end by 11:00 PM.
Guest Departure – All non-residential guests must vacate the premises by midnight.
Damages & Deposits – Any damage to the grounds, furnishings, or buildings will result in penalties and loss of the damage deposit.
Supervision of Children – Children must be supervised at all times while on the property.
Candles & Open Flames – Only permitted in designated outdoor areas and with prior notice to the events team.
Decorations – Decorations are welcome, provided they do not cause damage to walls, floors, or furniture.
Pets – Furry friends are welcome for an additional fee and must remain leashed while outside the accommodation.
